Partnerships Manager

Full-time, 18-month contract


 

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and entrepreneurial individual to join a growing charity at a crucial point in its development. The Partnerships Manager will join a friendly and high performing team to build partnerships that lead to substantial income generation and raise Choices’ brand awareness among key stakeholders.

To achieve our vision of expanding support for those facing a pregnancy crisis and beyond, we need to develop a major donor income stream, grow our networks and form stronger church partnerships. Through leading on these strands, the Partnerships Manager will make a significant contribution to increasing Choices’ income and enhancing our reputation, enabling us to meet the increasing demand for our services.

This is an initial 18 month contract, with intention to make the role permanent depending on funding. Part-time and job share applications also considered.

Prison Counselling Manager
(HMP Downview)

2 days (16 hours)/week

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified counsellor to make a difference for some of the most marginalised and underprivileged women in our communities.

Choices is looking for a passionate trained counsellor to manage our Prison Counselling Service at HMP Downview, supporting female offenders with child separation or pregnancy loss.

The postholder will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project including induction and management of the volunteers and liaising with partners in the prisons (e.g. Mental Health Team within the prison).
